Twice? Oh no. The Horror....

Haha... I think it's so funny how she puts herself in such a high standard. It's almost saying that she is so rich, she can buy all the stuff she wants, and that everyone wants her things. Also, she implies that she is so "classy", no same dress can ever touch her twice in a row. Honestly, why would you even say that? Hey, if I like a dress, I'm going to wear it again! Ugh! So obnoxious! I really don't know why I am annoyed by this, but I am!

But I guess the pro would be that she gives to charity.

But she did wear this one dress TWICE! I love it when people say something to make them seem cool, and then don't fall through it. Maybe this will be one of her vintage dresses..but I don't know.

Christmas List

I noticed that my Christmas list hasn't changed since when I was in the 4th grade. Every year when my aunts and relatives ask me what I want, I always say money. Or Clothes. I <3>

i don't know why but new electronics are never on my list. If someone suggests a new mp3 or phone, my reply would be.."yeah, but I could use that money on the mall!"

Angelina Jolie: Too good of an actor

Is it just me, or do I spy some sketchy plans of Angelina Jolie?
I found it utterly surprising that people were praising her and Brad for what a good couple they made. It seemed like I was the only one who hadn't forgiven-or shall I say forgot- that Brad was cheating on his wife,ennifer Aniston was broken hearted, and that Angelina was the other woman, and was fully aware of it.

Recently I came across a reporter who shared the same exact opinions of her as I did...I wasn't alone! She is very good a manipulating (I now seem to actually like her!) the audience that she is a good hearted person. Almost overnight, she jumped from home wrecker to holy charity worker, and ambassador of the UN Goodwill. She craftily turned all the negative attention from her to good humanity attention. I though am not scolding her for good works. I don' think that all this "good work" is a lie either. I am simply saying how amazing she is at turning public opinions about her the other way around. We may be dealing with a more talented actor in our hands...

Color Me Happy!

I was watching a report on the T.V. about people splurging on colorful technology. For example, Apple released a new brand of bright, fun, splashing colors for the ipod nano. Red, yellow, orange, red, green, you name it. Also, red was a hot color for ipods, cell phones, and other technologies. The cost for these are a bit more expensive, yet, even though people already have an ipod, they feel compelled to buy another with a different color.

I don't think that it is a bad thing at all. Money is wasted, yes, when it can be spent on more important things, but it also reminds us what it is exactly we want from life: a splash of color. We should not live a life of bored same of same old, silver and black colors. Excitement is needed. We get a rush of happyness when we see an array of color, and I don't know if it is because we already lack it, and are very much the same like everyone else, or we just like it.

Need Longer Days

Sometimes I wish that the days were longer...seriously! I look at the clock, and before I know it, in 5 minutes it is already 12 :oo. I feel like I have so much stuff to cram in one day, and I can''t even get a break with out stressing out that I can't get anything done.

Also, I think that technology has worked it's way into this dilemma. Teachers all of a sudden expect so much, and researching things now make the world a world of demands. I am grateful that we have this technology grateful to us, really, I am, but I also think that it is detrimental. I think that our lives is very face-paced, and because of all this new technology, we sometimes forget about littler things in life.

Michelle Obama and Jackie O ?

Many people have made the assumption to connect Michelle Obama to Jackie O.
People seem to always make these quick assumptions, that just because something/someone has something in common with another, they are the same. Well, it has been brought up to my attention earlier this evening, that they really aren't the same. The backgrounds and how they met their husbands are very different. And, those who aspired to be like Jackie O found it difficult because she wore such high end clothing.. On the other hand, those who aspire to be or dress like Mrs. Obama can, as she successfully shows America an affordable budget. So, on one hand they are alike in the way that they are active in fashion, but different in the way that they carry it.

Now the big style question that poses the "new" Jackie O, is what will Michelle Obama wear to the inauguration? Well many designers have submitted their designs for her and the girls, and to see all 42, click here!

Christina Aguilera

I am a fan, really, I am... but lately I have been wondering. It seems to be like Christina changes her look a lot...to many times though. It seems to annoy me how she changes her music style so much! I begin to question what her style of music is. First, she is a pop star, then "dirrty", then retro, then now popish again? What is this? I don't know if she likes playing it up a bit, or is still trying to find her style of music, but it is getting annoying! At least to me she is. But, I do not question her amazing voice, because she is a great singer.

Grammy Nominees

It's that time of the year again for Grammy Awards! Getting ready for the 51st annual Grammy's, artists from all sorts were nominated for different categories. The most nominated was Lil Wayne, topping 8 nominations total. For all Jo Bros fans, they scored a nomination in the Best New Artist category. I am so excited to see this show, on Feb. 8, but I will be disappointed if my favorite artists don't win.
